Delete Your Account

Geo Battles, developed by Gert Lush Games, lets you permanently delete your account and all associated data directly from within the app. No web account or additional sign-in is required.

How to request deletion

1. Open the Geo Battles app.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Confirm by tapping Delete my account in the dialog that appears.

Deletion is processed immediately and cannot be undone.

If you can no longer access the app

If you've uninstalled the app or otherwise can't complete the in-app steps above, email us at gertlushgames@gmail.com from the account you'd like removed (or with any details that identify your account, such as your in-game username) and we will delete it on your behalf within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your anonymous Firebase account (UID) and authentication record.
• Your profile data, including username, selected flag/avatar, and Elo rating.
• All match history and game records associated with your account.

This data is deleted permanently and is not recoverable once the request is processed.

What may be retained

Aggregated, non-identifying analytics events (collected via Google Analytics for Firebase) may be retained for up to 14 months in accordance with Google's standard analytics data retention policy, even after your account is deleted. This data cannot be used to identify you or reconstruct your account.
